What is your position on evil clowns?

SCPN has no official statement on evil clowns, as long as they stay out of clown pornography. Initial research, however, reveals a strikingly high correlation between evil clownhood and earlier subjection to clown pornography in test populations, and we may need to reconsider our stance if this evidence is corroborated.

What is your position on anti-clown propaganda?

SCPN sees an excellent opportunity to reunite clown-lovers and clown-haters under the common goal of ending clown porno. As such, we welcome the generators of anti-clown propaganda into our flock, even if we choose not to believe in or endorse the content of their propaganda.

Why would you deny clowns their own satisfying sex lives?

The Stop Clown Porn Movement does not seek to deny any clown his or her sexuality and/or its expression. In fact, any chance for a clown to be integrated into the non-carnie community while still being allowed to realize his/her true clownish nature is welcomed by the SCPM. Our problem is with the degredation of clowns forced into pornography through the inability to find other work in the non-carnie community, often being held there in inhumane conditions. Furthermore, we find deplorable the insidious clown impersonation in the blue-movie industry, which exploits the separation of clowns from the community of normals and damages the profession of clowning.

What is your position on pornography in general?

SCPN has no statement on pornography in general, pro or con. However, we do take note that the mainstream pornographic industry does have the tendency to exploit what it can to sell a couple more videos, and often clowns become exploited to further this end.

What about free speech?

SCPN has no official position on free speech. Collectively, we recognize the moral imperative of our mission as greater than the inalienable rights of human beings; individually, we create different understandings of the proper limits of free speech, from the Generalissimozo's "Hell, gag 'em all like they did my daddy!" to the more understanding Infozo's search for reconcilliation amongst all affected parties.
